set after season 5 of netflix's she-ra by a handful of months, catra is still dealing with a lot of guilt, regret, trauma and general aftermath of past events and is struggling to cope and maintain both her mental health and current relationships while the best friend squad and crew are traveling through space in search of remnants of horde prime's damage. what started off as a single angst filled one shot inspired by a writing prompt turned to a series of requests, now has become a series put in book form! available on quotev and tumblr as well (urls ccatra and hymn-of-muse respectively).

For pretty much everyone, everything's doing great. Catra and Adora are getting more serious, along with Bow and Glimmer. Scorpia and Catra are making more friends, Mermista and Seahawk are being... well, them. But someone's unhappy. And that Somebody is Hordak. Yeah, he just defied his brother, and can now live truly free, but... Why isn't he complete?

Catra would normally go to the gym every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, nothing special really happens it's just her doing her thing at the gym until one Monday she meets a strong muscular blond girl who looks like she's new in her college AND A NEW WORKER AT THE SAME GYM SHE GOES TO... Adora is a homeschool blondie who would normally go to the gym on Tuesday and Thursday but then she feels as if it's time for her to finally get a job and start going to an actual school for her last year, she does and things are going great until Monday she meets a noodle armed but strong brunette who she now has to teach WHAT WILL HAPPEN AT THE GYM?? WILL THE TWO BECOME FRIENDS?? MAYBE EVEN MORE?? NOBODY KNOWS READ TO FIND OUT...

Basically the title. Double Trouble and Catra are "besties". And the two decide to prank the entire princess alliance many, many, many times. And you get to see it from their sides. With some slight insight of the new troubles on Brightmoon. And Mermista and Perfuma have a rivalry now.

Adora's gone, she saved the whole universe, but at what cost?

Adora's memory is erased but Hordak and the rest will never trust her after what's happened. So really, aren't things pretty great for Catra? Isn't this just about perfect? And Glimmer should agree - this is best any of them could get.

This is a book of random announcements and stuff for when I'm bored. There might be some short stories every once and a while, including some one shots and yeah (no smut only cute romance for the fanfics hehe) also if you're seeing this I suggest looking into my actual book I'm working on The Forest: Loyalty.
